About

A printed code should work as long as the paper lasts.

Once a QR code is on a menu, a box or a sign, the print can't be updated.

The problem

Many dynamic QR codes point to a short link on the generator's own domain. The business that printed the code does not own that address. When a trial ends, a card expires or the generator closes, the link goes dead, and every printed copy goes with it.

What we do about it

  • One payment per pack. Nothing renews.
  • Your own domain. With Pro or Business, codes print as qr.yourbrand.com, an address you own.
  • An exit kit every month. A copy of your redirects you can host anywhere, emailed to you. The code that builds it is public.
  • A free generator. Static codes need no account, and their content never leaves your browser.

Details and limits are on the guarantee page.

How we run it

We count scans, not people: no IP addresses and no cookies on the redirect. We check every web destination against Google Web Risk and act on reports. The redirect service is separate from this website. A problem with the site can't take printed codes down. More on reliability and security.
