How to make it

Why do people see "You need permission"?

You copied the editing link, or the form only takes people in your organization. Use the link from Send, and check Settings, Responses.

Does the code keep working after I edit the form?

Yes. Edits keep the same link. Only deleting the form breaks it.

Does the code expire?

No. It opens the form for as long as the form exists.
