How to make it

In Zoom, copy the invite link of the meeting, or just its meeting ID.
Paste it here. If the link holds the passcode, anyone who scans the code can join.
Download the PNG or the SVG.

Does the passcode go into the code?

Only if it is in the link you paste, the part after "pwd=". For a code in a public place, leave it out and give the passcode another way.

My meeting link changes every week. Do I need a new code?

With a static code, yes. With a dynamic code, the printed code stays and you change where it points.

Does it open the Zoom app?

Yes, on phones with the app. Without it, the browser offers to join.
