Is it really a one-time payment?

Yes. There is no subscription and no renewal.

What does a printed code look like?

On the Single and Starter packs, gtdqr.com/abc2345. With your own domain, whatever you choose, such as qr.yourbrand.com/menu.

What happens when I delete a code?

Its printed copies stop working, and you can create a new code in its place. Pause a code instead if you might need it again.

Can I buy more later?

Yes. Packs add up: two Starter packs give you room for 6 codes.

Can I move a code from gtdqr.com to my own domain later?

No. Its address is part of the printed pattern. New codes can go on your domain as soon as it is connected.

How long do you keep scan statistics?

Daily counts by country and device for the last 90 days, and the total number of scans for as long as the code exists.

Is the static generator still free?

Yes. Static codes need no account, and there is no limit on how many you make or how often they are scanned.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, for a whole pack within 14 days of purchase. If that leaves you with more codes than your remaining packs allow, the newest codes are paused.
