What is a dynamic QR code?
A code that holds a short link instead of your content. You can change where the link goes without reprinting, and see how often it's scanned.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You buy a pack of codes once. Nothing renews or lapses.
Why use my own domain?
A code printed as qr.yourbrand.com/menu depends on your domain, not ours. If we close, it keeps working once you put the exit kit on a web host and point the domain there.
What if I don't have a domain?
Your codes print as gtdqr.com/abc2345. If we close, they keep forwarding to their last destination for at least 5 years. With a Pro or Business pack you can add a domain later, for new codes only.
How do I connect my domain?
Pick a subdomain such as qr.yourbrand.com and add one CNAME record at your DNS provider. We walk you through it and issue the security certificate automatically.
Do you block harmful links?
Yes. Every web destination is checked against Google Web Risk when you save it and re-checked daily, then weekly. Anyone can report a malicious code.
