Your printed codes shouldn't depend on us.

On your own domain, the address in the code is yours. The monthly exit kit lets you keep it running without us.

Codes on gtdqr.com can't move to another host. Not covered: codes you delete, codes paused after a refund, and codes blocked or accounts suspended under our Acceptable Use Policy. Full terms are in section 5 of the Terms of Service.

What happens if Guaranteed QR shuts down

We'll email every customer at least 90 days ahead and send a final exit kit. To keep codes on your own domain working:

  1. Upload your domain's folder from the kit to a free host such as Netlify or Cloudflare Pages.
  2. At your DNS provider, point your QR subdomain (for example qr.yourbrand.com) at the new host.
  3. Scan a printed code to confirm it opens the right page.

Scan statistics stop once you move.

Codes on our shared domain, gtdqr.com, keep forwarding to their last destination for at least 5 years after we close. Nobody can change them, and their statistics stop. If a code has to keep changing or last longer, connect your own domain before you print.

What we can't promise

A code on your own domain works only while you keep that domain.

This guarantee is given by Orange Arc LLC, 2108 N St, Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816. If we break it, you may claim a refund of the pack at any time: email support@guaranteedqr.com from your account's address.

The exit kit is open source

Anyone can check that the kit has everything needed to run your redirects without us: https://github.com/guaranteedqr/exit-kit.
