Refund Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It explains when you get your money back and what a refund does to your codes.

Packs are paid once

A pack is a one-time purchase of dynamic code slots. There is no subscription, no renewal and nothing to cancel. Purchases are processed by Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar"), our merchant of record, which charges your payment method, collects any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt.

14 days to change your mind

You may ask for a full refund of a pack within 14 days of the purchase. Email support@guaranteedqr.com, ideally from your account's address with the receipt or the date of purchase; any clear message is enough. We ask no questions, though we are glad to hear what went wrong.

We answer every refund request within 3 business days and issue approved refunds within 7 business days, through Polar, to the payment method you used. Polar returns the price of the pack and the tax it collected. Most banks show the money within 5 to 10 business days after that.

What a refund does to your codes

A refunded pack's slots are removed. If you then have more codes than slots, your newest codes are paused so that the rest keep working. A paused code shows a "paused" page to anyone who scans it. It cannot be resumed until a slot is free: buy a pack, or delete a code you no longer need. Codes you created on your own connected domain stay yours and are in your exit kit.

Refunds are whole-pack refunds. If we ever refund part of a pack as a goodwill gesture, your slots are unchanged.

After 14 days

After 14 days we do not refund a pack because you no longer need it. We do refund a pack, at any time, if we failed to keep the promises in the Guarantee section of the Terms of Service, for example if we did not provide your exit kit. Write to us and explain what happened.

No refund for abuse

A pack whose codes were blocked, or whose account was suspended, for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy is not refunded, unless the law requires a refund.

EU, EEA and UK consumers

If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the day you made it, without giving a reason. Our refund honors this in full: we deduct nothing for the time you used the codes.

To withdraw, use “Withdraw from contract here” next to the purchase on the Billing page, email us a clear statement, or send us the model withdrawal form below. Sending it before the 14 days are over is enough. We confirm receipt by email and refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the payment method you used, at no cost to you.

Polar's own rights

Because Polar is the seller, it may also refund a purchase itself: if you ask Polar within 10 days of the purchase, to correct an error or fraud, to prevent a chargeback, if we do not answer Polar in time, or where the law requires it. If that happens, the same slot rules apply.

Disputes with your bank

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first: a refund takes days, while a chargeback takes weeks and costs fees that nobody gets back. Disputing a charge with your bank remains your right. A chargeback decided in your favor works like a refund of that pack. A chargeback alone never closes your account; we suspend an account over chargebacks only for fraud, such as disputing purchases you made and used.

The free generator

Static codes are free. There is nothing to refund.

Changes

We may change this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date. A change never applies to packs bought before it takes effect.
